MetalGrain’s origins started in job-shop metal fabrication over thirty years ago. This is an important part of our history because it is where we gained intricate knowledge about manufacturing, design, and installation processes.
MetalGrain components are designed by old-school engineering, which is to say: manufactured, tested, and improved over and over until they are just right. Once components meet our internal qualifications, we have them tested and vetted by outsourced, independent engineers.
One example is our PrecisionFit™ system. This system eliminates the need for traditional screw-in fasteners. This solves a bunch of problems:
- Makes installation two to three times faster than traditional systems.
- Eliminates fasteners working loose over time and reduces required maintenance.
- Allows for normal expansion and contraction during cold and warm temperature changes
(which protects materials from cracking, distorting, and disfiguring).
On top of our engineering, MetalGrain’s products are 100% USA-manufactured. We stand
behind our products with warranties that count.
